At Ellery Bloom, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find all the details about our shipping methods, delivery times, and costs.
4.1 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
4.2 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days.
- Express Shipping: 2-4 business days.
- Next-Day Delivery: 1 business day (order before 2:00 PM).
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.
4.3 Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $75 / otherwise $4.95.
- Express Shipping: $9.95.
- Next-Day Delivery: $14.95.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
4.4 International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international orders typically range from 7-21 business days depending on the destination.
4.5 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order on our website at www.ellerybloom.com/track.
4.6 Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
4.7 Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@ellerybloom.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
